Main duties of the job You will lead the development-implementation of new pathways and transformation initiatives, manage a small team, oversee budgets. Coordinate with multi-agency partners and support the SCC. You will manage system pressures and mitigate system and patient risk. Your responsibilities include contributing to strategic plans, developing and revising protocols, and ensuring compliance with national KPIs. You will also participate in incident command structures and represent the organisation in relevant meetings. A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is required. A management qualification or equivalent on-the-job experience is desirable. Experience at a senior level within UEC/EPRR at a system level and within an SCC is essential. You will have advanced IT skills, excellent communication abilities, and strong organisational and problem-solving skills are crucial.
