The Governing Body wish to appoint an enthusiastic and highly committed Administrative Assistant to join our skilled team of staff. Duties will primarily include undertaking reception duties, including answering general telephone and face to face enquiries, greeting visitors in a friendly, approachable and professional manner, indicative of the ethos of the school.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons, ideally with 5 or more GCSEs grade C or above, including Maths and English, or equivalent. Welsh language skills are desirable.
Applicants must be computer literate, have a good understanding of word processing and spreadsheets, and possess competent numeracy skills. The ability to work within tight timescales is an essential requirement of the post.
The role will include a range of general administrative and clerical duties both individually and as part of a team.
