Join Close Brothers Premium Finance Team where you will provide high level Resource Planning expertise to the Planning Team our key outsource relationships and budgeting process across the Retail operation. Working as part of the Workforce Planning team our ideal team member will have previous experience in advanced planning with excellent analytical skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Design and implementation of accurate forecasting models identifying key demand drivers into operational teams.
* Delivering analysis of contact volume trends to ensure accurate call forecasting.
* Medium and long term strategic headcount planning identifying: headcount requirements by skill set, future service challenges and levers to protect service. Rolling 12 month forecast with a ‘Lock’ aligned to the Outsource agreements.
* Provide sensitivity and what if modelling with control limits on best worst case anticipated performance.
* Provision of transparent input into Finance for budgeting process for Operational teams. Create clarity around inputs, assumptions and variables within the plans.
* Responsible for the tracking of headcount to budget and management of any variance.
* Drive and track operational cost efficiency.
* Effective impact assessment and modelling of change/projects. Shape delivery and track benefit realisation.
* Own and develop the relationship with our key outsource partners from a W.F.M. perspective.
* Monitoring and updating all KPIs and SLAs are met across all our channels to ensure they reach the target. Ensure variance to performance understood and ongoing risks are managed.
* Delivery, management and tracking of Service Protection Plans to Outsource Partners as appropriate.
* Provision of analytics on operational performance and efficiency.
* Build effective relationships across operational teams and key business functions (Finance, Sales, Project teams) to embed the planning process within the key processes of the organisation.
WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
* Advanced planning experience at a senior level.
* Experience of creating ‘Bottom Up’ Budget submissions for operational teams and of working across Finance and Ops leadership to manage the budgeting process.
* Experience of working with and managing the relationship with Outsourced Service providers.
* Advanced Excel knowledge.
* Senior leadership levels of Stakeholder management skills.
* Demonstrable analytical skills within a complex multichannel operational environment.
* Proven communication & influencing skills from Senior level leaders through to operational managers.
* Experience of gaining commitment to processes and projects.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Record of building an effective network of contacts at different levels in an organisation.
* Excellent planning & organisational skills with experience of planning & prioritising multiple key objectives.
* Experience of contributing to complex cross functional or divisional projects.
* Able to collect, analyse large quantities of data, provide meaningful information that will answer questions and solve problems.
