Your Role:
As an SDR, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by identifying, connecting with, and qualifying potential customers. You’ll also be integral in maintaining customer relationships, providing support, and assisting with tender and grant applications.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead Generation: Research and identify key prospects.
* Cold Outreach: Engage potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
* Qualify Leads: Understand prospects’ needs, challenges, and goals to determine if Roadern is a good fit.
* Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or product demos for our Sales Manager.
* Customer Follow-ups: Build strong relationships with prospects and existing clients through timely and professional follow-ups.
* Customer Support: Respond to inquiries, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction by collaborating with internal teams.
* Tender & Grant Applications: Research relevant tender and grant opportunities, prepare application documents, and assist in submissions to help expand our reach.
* Market Research: Stay updated on trends in road asset management to tailor outreach effectively.
* CRM Management: Keep our database up-to-date with accurate and detailed records of interactions.
What We’re Looking For:
* A self-starter with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Strong organisational skills to manage follow-ups, support tasks, and tender and grant applications effectively.
* A quick learner who can articulate the benefits of a technical solution to non-technical audiences.
* Previous experience in sales, customer outreach, or support roles.
* Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a bonus.
* Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment.
