About the role: Apprenticeship Enrolment Coordinator
Working in our Welcome and Success team, you will be integral to the whole learner journey, helping deliver an inspiring welcome, conducting regular check-ins and ensuring an individual’s timely success through effective administration, processes and communications.
You will work influentially with our business development and delivery teams, our learners and our employers, embracing our Learning Philosophy.
This is a permanent, part-time (20 hours per week) role based at any of our Berkshire, Surrey or Oxfordshire campuses.
Based on an 0.50 FTE, the actual salary range for this role is: £15,671.89 - £16,800.54
What do you need to be a successful Apprenticeship Enrolment Coordinator at Activate Learning?
The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork and communication skills, along with knowledge of awarding organisation and the apprenticeship process, and the ability to adapt to new technologies and methods to improve process and delivery efficiency.
With experience in an educational or administrative role, you will also have excellent IT skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to analyse and report on data.
