Would you love the opportunity to develop your sales skills and have a 3 day weekend every other week? We have introduced an exciting opportunity to be able to have in effect up to 54 days leave for the year. Simply put, Monday Thursday one week and Monday - Friday the week after.

A day in the life of your new role:
The role is outbound, B2C sales from internet generated customer enquiries, selling life insurance and other protection products.
The role will entail:
1. Helping customers understand the importance of life insurance and highlighting the benefits of our products and services.
2. Performing fact finds, providing quotes and arranging life insurance policies for customers over the phone, in line with our sales process.
3. Embrace and demonstrate our core values, such as integrity, resilience, and a growth mindset.
Skills and Experience:
1. It is essential that you are a good communicator, passionate about sales and have experience of working to and achieving targets.
2. Having a successful career in outbound sales and being able to demonstrate that you have consistent achievement of targets.
3. Self-motivated.
4. Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
5. The ability to work individually within a team.
