They are looking to add a Head of Creative to their team. This role would suit a digital creative visualiser who is ready to progress into a Creative Director role.
This role offers flexible working, combining home and office environments.
Job Role
1. Take ownership of creating attractive and functional packaging designs.
2. Stay updated with the latest sustainable materials, methods, and formats.
3. Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing, ensuring high-quality design visuals and adherence to brand guidelines.
4. Oversee studio workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Prepare artwork for mass production and prototypes/sample making.
6. Lead training and development of your team.
7. Utilise AI and other technologies to enhance processes.
Skills and Experience
* Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Cinema 4D.
* Ambitious and motivated to push creative boundaries and drive positive change.
* Willing to adopt AI technology to improve digital output speed and quality.
* Ability to critique and ensure output quality.
* Strong presentation and communication skills.
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
* Good interpersonal and influencing skills.
* Creative with an exceptional eye for detail.
* Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and industry standards.
