Job responsibilities To look after our staff, ensuring that they are trained, supported and empowered to deliver our clinical model. To actively engage with our staff to develop a strong, resilient and connected team. The post holder will take management responsibility for the People Pillar, working alongside a designated GP Partner with protected time to develop, manage and initiate the relevant work streams. They will have management responsibility for the people and staffing aspects of work undertaken by the practice which will include administrative team as well as clinical teams. They will be expected to implement evolution to our working systems/practices to meet the needs of our patients and business. They will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team including clinical, administrative and PCN staff. They will also be expected to work directly with patients where needed.
