2. Address and resolve queries or audits from statutory bodies, upholding our commitment to compliance.
3. Oversee the coordination of transport teams across sites, promoting safety and efficiency.
Depot and Stock Management
1. Ensure site teams are maintaining essential stock, tools, and equipment as needed for project demands.
2. Manage overall stock levels to balance supply needs, minimize wastage, and maintain cost-efficiency.
3. Develop and maintain inventory controls and reporting mechanisms.
Team Management and Coordination
1. Direct, coach, and support subordinate teams across multiple locations, ensuring effective daily operations.
2. Develop KPIs and reporting structures to monitor productivity, compliance, and budget adherence.
3. Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement within the team.
You should bring proven experience in plant, transport, and depot operations, ideally within the utilities or construction sectors. A strong understanding of statutory regulations and compliance requirements is essential, as are excellent organizational and reasoning skills for managing cross-functional teams.
