Key Responsibilities Lead Ofsted Registration: Ensure compliance and high standards. Develop Care Plans: Focus on safety, well-being, and growth. Build Your Team: Recruit, train, and manage a dedicated care team. Manage Operations: Oversee budgets, resources, and schedules. Collaborate Externally: Work with local authorities and agencies. Ensure Safeguarding: Maintain strong safeguarding practice Experience : 1 years with children with learning disabilities. Focus : Personalised support for independence and quality of life. Qualifications Experience: 1 years as Deputy/Registered Manager in childrens residential care (last 5 years). Experience: worked for at least 2 years in a position relevant to the residential care of children. Diploma: Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or in progress).
