We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Account Manager to join our client in Southampton. This role involves managing and developing client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a portfolio of existing clients while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Building strong relationships through regular client visits across the region.
Handling enquiries, providing product/service recommendations, and ensuring customer needs are met.
Preparing proposals, quotations, and reports to support client decision-making.
Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Analysing market trends and competitor activity to maximise sales opportunities.
Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
Proactively following up sales opportunities
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in account management, sales, or business development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritise tasks.
Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings (driving licence required).
Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.
