We are looking for a Client Experience Advisor to join The PX & Shared Ownership Hub in Nottingham. As a Client Experience Advisor, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing the property sales journey from initial enquiry through to completion. With a focus on exceptional customer service, you’ll support both buyers and sellers throughout the sales process - ensuring a seamless experience and building strong relationships with all parties involved. Working as a Client Experience Advisor you will receive: A basic salary of £25,000 Quarterly bonus 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays A hybrid working model A benefits package with options to tailor additional enhancements Full training and support to develop your career in property services A collaborative and customer-focused team environment Working hours Alternating working pattern. Week 1 - Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm Week 2 - Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm One in Three Saturdays (9am to 3pm) or Sundays (10am to 4pm) as per a rota paid as overtime. Main Accountabilities & Key Objectives: Manage a portfolio of property sales from pre-market listing through to legal completion Respond to all sales enquiries and purchaser applications in line with agreed SLAs Log all activity within CRM systems (e.g., Agent OS), maintaining accurate and timely records Oversee performance of marketing agents and suppliers to ensure effective property exposure and timely sales Keep all stakeholders informed at every stage of the process, maintaining transparency and trust Ensure accurate invoicing on exchange and maintain full audit trail for all transactions Close files post-completion with all documentation and compliance actions fulfilled Provide excellent service to both clients and buyers to promote long-term business relationships Attend regular client meetings and report on portfolio activity Monitor property listings for accuracy and presentation on portals Work towards and contribute to individual and team financial targets Experience, Qualifications, and Requirements: Previous experience in the property sector, particularly in estate agency or new build homes Familiarity with the Shared Ownership purchase process, including HCA calculators and share percentages Strong understanding of the property sales and conveyancing process Excellent verbal and written communication skills A natural relationship builder with great customer service abilities Ability to multitask and work under pressure, prioritising effectively High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Negotiation skills and commercial awareness are highly desirable LSL is an equal opportunity employer and a Disability Confident Employer, committed to diversity and inclusion.
