If you're a data professional looking for an opportunity to lead change and innovative, we want to hear from you. What will you be doing? As a PowerBI Developer, you will develop both automated and ad-hoc Power BI reports to provide guidance with invaluable insights on reducing costs and improving operational efficiency. Additionally, you will provide training and support to end users on effectively using Power BI, ultimately aiming to drive data literacy. As a PowerBI Developer, your responsibilities will include:
* Design, develop, and deploy BI data solutions across all our divisions by developing data models and pipelines and reports, Power BI dashboards, and KPI scorecards
* Collaborate and drive data culture with BI & Analytics stakeholders
* Help drive and evangelise PowerBI as a tool and platform in the organisation
* Synthesize other data sources, including customer research, competitor analysis and market performance to augment analysis and quality of recommendation
* Train and guide other stakeholders on how to self -source analytics and help them facilitate their data needs
* Translate business needs into data requirements and communicate your insights in the organisation
Validated experience as a BI Developer using the Microsoft BI stack
* Experienced knowledge of DAX and Evaluation Services in large deployments of PowerBI
* SQL skills for querying and creation of views/tables, functions and stored procedures and ability to optimize queries for performance and scalability
* Experience in designing ETL processes including knowledge of data warehousing strategies and theories
* Evaluative, solution-oriented, and creative mindset
