Job Title: Payroll and Benefits Specialist (Part-Time, Temporary)
Location: Belfast
Hours: 10 working hours per week (flexible across Monday to Friday)
Pay: £55,000 (FTE) / £13,000 (Part Time)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll and Benefits Specialist to join our client on a part-time, temporary basis. The successful candidate will have prior HR experience and be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll and benefits management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process payroll for all employees.
* Handle payroll transactions, including new hires, terminations, salary and benefit changes.
* Ensure timely salary payments via BACS and reconcile payroll reports.
* Administer employee benefits, including pensions and health insurance.
* Ensure compliance with UK payroll regulations and pension scheme governance.
* Maintain accurate payroll and benefits records and prepare reports for management.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in payroll and benefits management.
* Strong knowledge of UK payroll regulations and compliance.
* Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
