About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Intact iQ, initially to lead the consolidation of six separate instances of Intact IQ into a unified, entity-based single instance, followed by its migration to the cloud version. This role is pivotal in ensuring the company maximizes the efficiency and functionality of its ERP system while preparing for the future.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Intact IQ, experience in ERP system consolidation and migration, Warehousing efficiencies eg: Barcode Scanning, Stock Control, Courier Integration, and have a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
System Consolidation:
Lead the analysis, planning, and execution of consolidating six Intact IQ instances into a single, entity-based instance.
Develop and implement best practices for multi-entity configuration and management.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in data, workflows, and configurations across existing instances.
Cloud Migration:
Manage the migration of the unified Intact IQ instance to the cloud version, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Collaborate with vendors and IT teams to design and execute a seamless migration plan.
Test and validate the cloud environment post-migration, ensuring system reliability, security, and performance.
Optimisation and Support:
Work closely with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements in system performance and functionality.
Provide ongoing support for over 150 Intact IQ users across the UK and Ireland including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Train staff on new features, processes, and best practices post-consolidation and migration.
Data Management and Integration:
Ensure data integrity during consolidation and migration, maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with the IT and development teams to integrate the ERP with delivery partners and other business systems through standardized APIs.
Project Leadership:
Develop project timelines, manage resources and project budgets, and provide regular updates to senior management.
Engage with external vendors and consultants as needed for additional expertise and support.

Requirements:
* Essential:
* Proven experience with Intact IQ administration, configuration, and optimization.
* Strong expertise with ERP system that has multiple entities.
* Consolidation/replatforming and/or cloud migration projects.
* Experience in implementing warehouse scanning and efficiencies
* Excellent understanding of multi-entity structures within ERP systems.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Desirable:
* Familiarity with global ERP systems.
* Knowledge of cloud security best practices.
* Experience with business process improvement within an ERP environment.
* Relevant certifications in Project Management Intact IQ or ERP systems.
