Role Overview:
Thirteen Group is on the lookout for an Investment Planning Specialist to join our Investment Planning team at Hudson Quay working alongside our two existing Investment Planning Specialists and supporting our Investment Planning Lead.
This role has been categorised as hybrid, meaning that you will have the flexibility to work from home for the majority of the working week but may be required to be physically present at our main HQ in Middlesbrough or be expected to travel to a Thirteen hub for collaborative work.

Key Responsibilities:
* You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to collate and validate the data we hold in our asset management software.
* You’ll be helping to develop robust one-year and five-year capital investment schemes, considering customer needs and aspirations, and co-ordinating and identifying other works e.g. relating to energy efficiency.
* You will also need to efficiently respond to and process enquiries and be able to confidently produce data reports and management information.
About You:
* You’ll need great analytical skills to be able to confidently extract, interpret, and process large amounts of data.
* You should demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* You’ll need to be proficient in using various software packages, specifically MS Excel.
* You’ll be passionate about great customer service.
