Your Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the curriculum.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive.
* Assess, monitor, and provide constructive feedback on student progress.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to support student learning and development.
* Participate in staff training, meetings, and whole-school activities.
* Engage with parents and guardians to support student success.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified ECT (or on track to receive QTS).
* A passion for education and a commitment to student achievement.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
