Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide wake night support services to autistic individuals living in their own homes.
2. Work collaboratively with service users, their families, and other professionals to deliver high-quality care.
3. Develop and maintain effective relationships built on trust, respect, and empathy.
Requirements:
* Experience working with autistic individuals or related fields is desirable.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
* You must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
