An exciting opportunity has risen for an Executive Administrator to join the College Team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the College Leadership Group and will deputise, in the case of absence, for the PA to the Principal and Chief Executive.
This is a varied role which will require a high level of integrity. The ability to communicate confidentially with a range of colleagues and stakeholders is essential.
You will have a proactive approach and possess exceptional organisational skills and be able to work independently and as part of a Team. Experience of minute taking and knowledge of MS Office are also key requirements of the role.
Proven experience in an administrative role is an essential requirement.
This is a part-time role working 30 hours per week Term Time Only and will be predominantly based at our Watford Campus with travel across our Hemel Hempstead and Luton Campuses as required.
