We are seeking a Clinical Lead to join our team at Akari Care, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents.
**Job Summary:** We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to lead our clinical team and ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
We are a leading provider of care services, committed to creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residents. Our Clinical Leads are at the heart of our team, working closely with our Home Manager and multi-disciplined teams to ensure the smooth running of our homes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead the clinical team to deliver high-quality care and services to our residents
* Collaborate with the Home Manager and teams to ensure the efficient running of the home
* Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
* Manage budgets and financial controls to ensure the effective use of resources
* Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional care
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
**Requirements:**
* Minimum Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care
* Experience of working in the healthcare sector
* Management/Leadership experience (essential) and qualification (desirable)
* NMC (Nursing and Midwifery) certificate with an active PIN
* A caring nature with the ability to give everyone a personal approach
* Flexible and adaptable to changes at short notice
* Ability to work well under pressure without negative impact on others
* Warm, approachable, and engaging persona
* Respect for others, treating them as you would expect to be treated
* Resilience and adaptability to differing needs of colleagues and residents
