Purpose of the job:
As Agreement Coordinator - Lettings, you will provide comprehensive support to Divisional Business Units, taking full responsibility for the administration of the legal agreement process, from business plan stage through to completion. You will work collaboratively with the Recruitment team, to provide a seamless customer journey for new and existing publicans, ensuring full compliance to the Pubs Code and driving tenure targets.
Key responsibilities:
Providing a first-class service new and existing publicansAccurate administration of the new tenancy agreement processEnsuring adherence to company policy and the Pubs CodeUpdating financial system to maintain customer details, rent schedules and agreement information within agreed timescalesInstruct and liaise with solicitors on leasehold or supplemental lease casesDaily contact with Regional Managers to progress through to completionWork closely with the division to ensure short terms agreements are converted to substantive tenancies, as per divisional targetComplete ad-hoc tasks/projects as determined by the businessCarry out inductions for new Regional Managers and other internal departments
Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
Evidence of administration experience and accurate workingExperience of updating office and administrative systems and of suggesting or implementing improvements to existing onesAttention to detail and the ability to manage the production of documents critical to the businessThe ability to prioritise own workloadExperience of timely and accurate updating and maintenance of company databasesAbility to communicate information effectively to a wide range of internal/external contactsDemonstrate good competency in Word, Excel and OutlookUnderstand, embrace and deliver the company’s vision and valuesCalm, well organised and a self-starterExcellent planning and organisation skills and the ability to respond effectively to constantly changing prioritiesFully supportive of team working – recognises when colleagues are faced with a problem or over-stretched and does not wait to be asked before offering assistanceHighly developed interpersonal and communication skills in order to establish and maintain effective working relations with a wide range of internal and external contactsWillingness to learn and adopt new ways of working with a positive attitude and approach to improve departmental efficiency
