Sustainability Data Analyst\n\nLocation: This position is hybrid, and can be based in Manchester, Stoke-On-Trent, Peterborough or Tunbridge Wells\n\nSalary: £32,000 - £37,000\n\nMarkerstudy Group is seeking an individual to join our growing sustainability team. In this role you will report directly to the Group Head of Sustainable Business Strategy and work closely with the Chief Sustainability Officer, and sustainability team, to drive sustainability initiatives across the organisation. You will play a pivotal role in data collection, analysis and project management contributing to the group’s overall sustainability objectives.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nData Collection and Analysis – Implementing robust data collection processes, develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports for:\n\nGroup Carbon Footprint\n\t\t\nSustainable Supply Chain Programme\n\t\t\nExternal reporting requirements\n\nPerformance Monitoring – Provide insights and analysis to drive success against group targets.\n\nSustainable Supply Chain\n\t\t\nInternal/external sustainability KPIs\n\nIdentifying and Leading Projects – Utilising the available data and with knowledge of the group’s ambition you will have the opportunity to develop and lead meaningful sustainability projects across the group and engaging senior stakeholders.\n\nInterpreting reports and trends to form suggestions for projects\n\t\t\nTaking a lead role in delivering projects and campaigns\n\nSupport Net Zero Champions and Working Groups\n\nBecome an active member and champion of our working groups and volunteering initiatives\n\nSkills/Experience Required:\n\nGenuine interest in sustainability\n\t\nGeneral understanding of current reporting requirements and voluntary submissions\n\t\nExperience in data collection, analysis and reporting\n\t\nStrong evaluation skills\n\t\nStrong communicator and ability to build excellent relationships\n\nDesired:\n\nProject management experience\n\t\nExposure to procurement or supply chain departments\n\t\nTechnical background\n\nApplications that are shortlisted will go through a two stage interview process.\n\n1st stage - 30-minute MS teams interview with the hiring manager\n\n2nd stage - 45-minute MS teams interview with stakeholders \n\n#LI-Hybrid
