Role: Maintenance Planner (SPA) Location: Burton-Upon-Trent Shifts: Monday – Friday (One day a week in Preston) Salary: £49,000, Private Healthcare, Internal and external training courses My Client I am proud to be working with a global systems integrator within the warehousing industry, the company design, manufacture and install automation for product retrieval and storage to then provide a resident site maintenance team. Working with some huge names across the UK. Constantly growing in the UK and now operational in over 60 countries across the world. On this site in Burton, there has been over £20 million invested recently with the latest tech and automation they have grown from being able to process 20,000 orders a day to 40,000 after having sustained success since the pandemic it has increased demand on their products on site. They are looking for a Maintenance Planner to come to the site and have an impact in managing all stores and spares as part of their day to day role on behalf of the client, this role requires travel to Preston one day a week to the customers site to have meetings and manage their stores too The Role As a Maintenance Planner your day to day responsibilities will include: - Managing stores ensuring that the site has the correct stores for the site requirements, regular checks and orders are completed including making sure everything is tracked and raised on the CMMS systems - Attending daily review meetings to feedback any concerns raised and details of actions provided - Ensuring the correct consumables are on site and have adequate levels for the site requirements - You will be managing the tooling aspect on site – requesting quotes and placing any orders for the engineering workshop - Managing repairs – ensuring they are logged, tagged, and shipped to the correct supplier whilst analysing quotes - Budgets to ensure all purchases are recorded on the correct tracker and provide monthly reports for senior members and the customer The Candidate In a Maintenance Planner I am looking for: - A planner with an established engineering background - A recognised engineering qualification - Strong admin and audit skills - Strong Excel and Microsoft skills The Package As a Maintenance Planner you will receive: - An annual salary of £49,000 - A healthy pension contribution - Private healthcare including family cover for a small bonus - Job security working with a global business - Chance to progress within the company ATA is committed to creating a diverse workforce and is an equal opportunities employer.
