In this role, you will provide pre- and post-contract commercial management advice, including:
* Reviewing commercial models and contracts
* Contract administration
* Assessing the commercial impact of contract matters
* Managing changes and risks
* Approving key subcontracts and project reports
* Reviewing procurement strategies and supply chain matters
* Processing payment applications
* Leading commercial and contract meetings
About You
What we are looking for:
* HNC, HND, or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Law, or relevant discipline
* Membership of RICS, CIOB, CICES, CIPS, or similar is desirable
* Experience in UK infrastructure sector
* Proficiency with NEC3/4 contracts
* Passion for infrastructure and sustainability
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
