Distribution Pro AV Corporate Account Manager – Candidates residing North of UK Birmingham Up Wards
~ Base Salary: £35,000 - £40,0000 Commission OTE: £20,000 (uncapped) car allowance, Monthly commission structure with quarterly bonuses. Optional private healthcare.

Brookwood are exclusively working with specialist AV distributor, collaborating with a wide range of resellers to deliver products, services, and solutions centred on hybrid working and the modern workplace.
Together we are looking for Account Manager in the Major Accounts team, you will drive sales and foster strong relationships with channel partners to achieve revenue goals and promote business growth. Your focus will be on workplace technology solutions, targeting existing accounts with significant growth potential. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a successful track record in channel-based sales within the technology industry.
This is a remote-based role with travel to reseller offices as needed. You may also be required to visit our showrooms London or Leeds to facilitate reseller visits, demonstrate our solutions, and engage with the wider team.
# Develop and execute account plans: Build relationships with new and existing customers, engage key stakeholders, and craft tailored strategies to drive sales growth within assigned accounts.
# Achieve sales targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas through effective sales management, detailed account analysis, and leveraging channel partner relationships to provide optimal solutions.
# Develop long-term relationships with decision-makers and influencers within accounts, becoming a trusted advisor and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Collaborate with channel partners to align on sales strategies and leverage their resources for successful outcomes.
# Conduct needs analysis: Work with pre-sales, product management, and customer support to deliver comprehensive solutions addressing end-user needs alongside channel partners.
# Keep informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
# Sales forecasting and reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on pipeline activities, opportunities, and potential risks, including channel partner performance.
Proven track record in channel-based sales, ideally in the B2B Corporate market.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is desirable.
Familiarity with workplace technology solutions such as collaboration tools, unified communications, cloud services, and IT infrastructure is advantageous.
Knowledge of selling Microsoft Teams solutions is a plus.
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
