As a National Account Manager, you'll play a key role in expanding and strengthening their wholesale partnerships across premium hospitality, workspaces, and education sectors.

Your Role:
* Grow & Expand – Secure new partnerships and drive strategic growth in the B&I Sector, Higher Education, and Flex Space sectors.
* Build Lasting Relationships – Be a trusted consultant, ensuring every partners receive tailored coffee programmes, equipment solutions, and ongoing support.
* Drive Customer Success – Regularly review & monitor accounts performance, enhance quality, and implement retention strategies to keep customers engaged.
* Lead with Industry Insight – Stay ahead of market trends, represent the organisation / company at key industry events, and contribute to product & new strategy development.
About You:
* Strong background and knowledge in Contract Catering
* Passionate about coffee & hospitality, with a deep understanding of premium service.
* Commercially savvy, results-driven, and skilled in business development.
* A natural relationship-builder, fostering trust and collaboration.
* Resilient & adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, competitive market.
* Experienced in account management & sales, ideally in specialty coffee or premium hospitality.
