You will be the first point of contact for our practice providing reception duties, administrative support, developing and maintaining good communications with all staff and patients to reflect the care provided within the practice.
The role is a job share.
Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible for day-to-day administration of the practice, supporting practitioners and patients.
2. Maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with data protection legislation.
3. Managing all communications including telephone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
4. Managing appointment bookings, cancellations, and other amendments.
5. Preparing invoices and recording payments.
6. Preparing monthly reports.
7. Occasionally performing light cleaning to prepare rooms for patients.
Requirements
1. At least 2 years of experience in the same or similar role.
2. Ability to work as part of a team.
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
4. Interpersonal skills such as self-motivation, problem-solving, and keeping calm under pressure.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 18 per week

1. Are you able to be flexible? The ability to be flexible is essential. The role is a job share; your normal days of work would be Thursday and Friday from 8 am to 6 pm, but you would be expected to provide cover on other days for other staff holidays and sickness.
