Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Junior Influencer Coordinator. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Influencer Marketing and be a key outreach assistant for our growing Influencer Campaigns. This role will involve the organisation and operations of gifting orders, harnessing available technology to support our influencer gifting worldwide. The ideal candidate will bring a creative mindset when identifying new Influencer recommendations and exploring innovative methods and platforms to discover fresh talent.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the daily search & outreach to new Influencers globally
* Assist in concepting creative ideas for new Influencer recommendations
* Support the maintenance, growth and execution of Influencer gifting, strategy and goals.
* Responsible for Instagram DMs and enquiries
* Coordinate the end-to-end logistics and operations of Influencer Delivery
* Working across the trading, E-commerce and content teams to ensure the content being created and the product gifted are aligned with the department's strategies.
* Daily maintenance and updates of a growing database of Influencers.
* Track UGC and social analytics.
* Work closely to support our Influencer Coordinator with maintaining platforms.
* Support the logistics of gifting deliveries globally
* Be a key point of contact for influencer enquiries.
Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree in any relevant field that can provide transferable skills to this role and/or 1-2 years of experience working in-house for a consumer brand.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, able to collaborate effectively with other teams and external partners.
* Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to execute tasks efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy.
* An interest in analytics, reports and tracking campaign performance.
* A customer-centric mindset focused on understanding and meeting the needs of our target audience through personalised and relevant communications.
* Creative problem-solving abilities to suggest new influencer outreach methods
* A team player, being a key support role for the Influencer team
* Customer-focused with the ability to deal with a variety of customer service situations.
* Ability to meet multiple competing deadlines and manage time effectively.
* Comfortable learning and working on new technologies and operation systems
* A good understanding of English is crucial.
