The role of the Learning Content Producer is to create original, innovative digital content based on existing FA learning courses to support our Factory Academy and provide support to wider teams. Utilising specialised production skills and knowledge of learning styles, you will produce a series of digital training and learning courses, masterclasses, videos and resources to sit on a new Factory International learning platform and training hub.
The key responsibilities for the Learning Content Producer include;
Translate existing in person lessons, courses and modules from Factory Academy into innovative and engaging online/digital content that reflects and encapsulates the intended learning experience
Planning, producing, and managing distinctive end-to-end training and learning content projects, employing a range of specialist production skills. Providing full production and project management
Working with the Marketing and PR departments to develop online content to support campaigns for Factory International to enhance visibility, and engagement
Seeking improvements in content production to enhance efficiency and staying updated on emerging digital content trends
Adhering to FI compliance policies, including editorial guidelines, and addressing matters of potential controversy
Ensuring that the content reflects FI’s diverse audiences and audience development strategy
The person specification for the Learning Content Producer are;
ESSENTIAL
Understanding of a variety of Learning styles and how these can be translated to online platforms
Experience in the gamification of content
Knowledge of the target audience, their needs and expectations
Proven knowledge and experience of production techniques and technologies and the technical skills to produce quality content across multi-platforms including (Film and audio editing experience)
Experience of taking ideas from concept to finished product whilst driving forward creativity
Effective planning and organising skills. Ability to manage several areas of work at one time, prioritising, delivering consistently to deadlines and reacting positively to changes and conflicting priorities
Commitment to championing representation and inclusion at every level of the organisation with a proven ability to work with people from a wide range of backgrounds
