Description About the Role: We are seeking a highly organised Sponsorship Manager (FTC) to join our dynamic marketing team. This exciting role involves driving brand awareness and growth for Charles Stanley by supporting the Head of Events & Sponsorship in executing our sponsorship and partnership strategy. You will manage high-profile relationships with Harlequins Rugby Club, the National Theatre, the Royal Academy of Arts, and JCB Golf. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Plan, budget, and execute partnership and sponsorship activities, ensuring all rights and benefits are utilised to support brand awareness and business objectives. Opportunity Assessment: Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities to maintain a balanced portfolio. Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to deliver activities including marketing collateral, email campaigns, podcasts, social media posts, and video content production. Event Management: Lead the organisation of key events, such as the Big Game, ensuring they meet objectives. Reporting: Collaborate with the Reporting and Analytics Manager to produce comprehensive performance reports, identify key learnings, and recommend improvements. Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with business stakeholders across branches and divisions to maximise the use of rights and benefits. Event Support: Attend partnership and sponsorship events, occasionally outside of normal working hours, assisting with logistics, hosting stakeholders, and coordinating set-up and take-down. Brand Consistency: Ensure all communications maintain brand consistency in design and tone of voice. Experience & Qualifications: Strong background in project management and partnerships/sponsorship management. Proven experience in planning, executing, and reporting on medium to large projects. Key Skills: Project Management: Proven ability to manage partnership and sponsorship activities from concept to execution and review. Organisation: Ability to multi-task, manage, and prioritise projects effectively to meet deadlines. Autonomy: Capable of working independently and using initiative. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable working with individuals at all levels across the group and external stakeholders. Commercial Acumen: Intellectual capacity to understand Charles Stanley’s products and services, competitors, and target market, translating this understanding into meaningful initiatives.
