Your new role
Reporting to an experienced HR Manager who has been with the company many years, this is an exciting opportunity to support the HR team in delivering a seamless operational service for every element of the employee lifecycle. This role will be the first point of contact in HR and so it will involve a lot of people interaction. You will be joining a high-performing, supportive HR team, and you will be given opportunities to develop your skills and autonomy. This varied, interesting role will also see you support the maintenance and use of the HRIS, running data reports / analytics and supporting reward and pay reviews / cycles.
Working hours: 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday. Hybrid working is also offered of 3 days / week based in their Southampton office vs 2 days WFH.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience in an HR or People Administrator role or similar, with knowledge of data management and Excel spreadsheets. A CIPD qualification and use of a HRIS previously is preferred but is not essential.
