A fun-loving, forward-thinking and customer-centric company are looking for a proven and results-driven Head of Customer Experience to join their team. This role will involve you taking full ownership and delivery of the end-to-end customer journey and strategies surrounding this.
You will lead by example and deliver operational excellence ensuring all customer touch points are considered and are effective and efficient.
What you’ll bring to the table:
1. A track record in a leadership position in a Customer Experience setting
2. Analytical and able to spot and solve issues
3. Ideas and examples of where customer experience can be improved
4. Meticulous organization and communication
5. Strategic thinker
6. Happy and comfortable under pressure
