Job Description
Duties of the HR Advisor role:
* Overseeing employee relations and managing conflict resolution
* Coaching and supporting the managers on complex ER casework
* Managing recruitment processes and onboarding new staff members
* Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies
* Leading HR projects as required
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation
* Implementing training and development initiatives
* Coordinating performance management processes
* Contributing to the positive culture and values of the company
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
* A degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or a related field
* Proven experience in a similar HR role
* Knowledge of current UK employment laws and regulations
