We are looking for an experienced part time HR Advisor (24 hours per week) for a leading manufacturing company in Eastleigh.
The role
The position will report into the Site Director with a dotted line into the VP HR, and the key purpose of the role is to contribute to deliver a proactive and customer focused HR service across the site (and a small site in Woking) by providing effective support and guidance on a variety of HR matters including ER policy and process, recruitment and HR projects.
Duties will include:
1. Providing high quality ER advice and coaching to managers, ensuring risks are effectively managed, including advising on policy, procedure and legislation, liaising with Occupational Health and supporting formal investigations and hearings.
2. Contributing to policy and procedural improvements and creation and providing updates on changes.
3. Supporting with the management of change issues, leading in formal consultations and processing TUPE/organisation transfers, due diligence and redundancy calculations.
4. Providing customer focussed HR administration and communication.
5. Maintaining accurate and up to date HR records and reports and compiling monthly HR KPI data.
