This is a Permanent role - based out of the company's Campsie office.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate is a central point of contact between external customers and the organisation. Responsible for providing first-class sales support to the Sales Team, ensuring all customer orders and issues are addressed in a timely fashion as well as liaising between customer and internal departments to ensure efficient coordination of the customer order process using the SAP system.
1. Managing all aspects of order entry, order processing and order shipment.
2. Communicating with customers regarding issues such as order status, order changes and confirmations, as well as any complaints or questions in a professional and courteous manner.
3. Maintaining customer records to include weekly reporting on order status.
4. Preparation of reports for internal/external sales meetings and customer visits.
5. Assisting with AR as and when necessary.
6. Creating of export paperwork for FCA/EXW shipments.
7. Forecast & budgeting for house accounts.
8. Creating and maintaining customer records in SAP systems, including order preferences, product-specific feedback, address information, billing information, and contact preferences.
9. Working with buyers and planners to achieve on-time customer deliveries.
10. Complying with and supporting all health, safety & environmental programs, policies and procedures.
11. Performing any other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.
The Ideal Person
1. GCSE Maths + English.
2. 2+ years customer service/sales experience.
3. Proficient with Office/Excel.
4. SAP Experience.
