Job overview
Liverpool Community Physiotherapy service provides therapy and rehabilitation in patients' homes. We aim to promote independence and improve quality of life for people with physical problems caused by accidents, ageing, disease or disability.
We’re looking for a therapy assistant/assistant practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team across Liverpool. If you’re motivated, with therapy experience and skills, a passion to be part of this service, and share our aim for perfect care, we’d like to hear from you.
The role involves working across Liverpool community teams (North, Central, South, Care Homes, Neuro and Falls) on a rotational basis to provide support to our patients in their homes and other community settings, which will enable you to develop skills and flourish within your career. Detailed job description and main responsibilities
* Work collaboratively within the team and with other agencies to deliver local and national health priorities and objectives.
* Be accountable for own clinical practice.
