Responsibilities:
As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will:
1. Prepare and manage legal documents essential for property transactions
2. Liaise effectively with clients, solicitors, and various stakeholders
3. Maintain accurate records and filing systems to ensure efficiency
4. Assist with administrative tasks to support a smooth workflow
5. Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client relationships
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
1. Previous experience as a Conveyancing Secretary or in a similar role
2. Strong organisational and communication skills
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software
4. Attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure
5. A proactive and professional approach to tasks
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
1. Familiarity with current conveyancing processes and legislation
2. Experience working in a law firm setting
3. Additional qualifications in legal studies or conveyancing
