Salary: £23000 - £23450 per annum superb benefits annual team bonus Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week Free onsite parking in Bury Centre As an Operations Assistant you will have responsibility for providing a consistently high standard of customer care to clients and customers and ensure that meetings rooms and facilities are managed and maintained well. You will ensure that the operation runs smoothly and efficiently through involvement in: Administration Reception Cover - meeting & greeting visitors Booking and management of meeting rooms Customer Service - dealing with client queries in the workplace or via email / telephone Sending out invoices and billing Facilities Care Health & Safety Providing refreshments Social media activity Supporting The ability to work closely with the team, develop and maintain relationships with clients, staff and suppliers is paramount. Therefore, the ability to communicate effectively at all levels is essential. We are looking for a proactive, can-do attitude, someone who loves interaction with business customers onsite and can handle queries with confidence.
