Overview
The Inflight Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring that all inflight services and operations meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining inflight service protocols. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and exceptional time management abilities to effectively oversee compliance and performance metrics.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement inflight service standards and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with packers and airlines to ensure seamless service delivery during flights.
Provide daily support to Operational needs
Checking emails and monitoring stock levels
Ensuring staff are completed their tasks
Skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent time management skills, capable of prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality assurance and continuous improvement.
Proficient in using various software applications for data analysis and reporting purposes.
Experience in the aviation or hospitality industry is advantageous but not essential.
