We’re partnering with a D2C challenger brand, and are on the search for an CRM Specialist to drive revenue growth and customer retention across their direct-to-consumer (D2C) and B2B channels.
You’ll take the reins of their email marketing and retention strategy, leveraging tools like Klaviyo to deliver measurable results.
What You’ll Do:
* Develop and execute bold retention strategies to boost engagement and growth across global customer databases.
* Design high-converting email campaigns, automated flows, and powerful customer segments.
* Own reactivation, loyalty, and subscription programs to maximize lifetime value (LTV).
* Analyze performance metrics and consumer behavior to optimize campaigns and hit ambitious KPIs.
* Collaborate with marketing, creative, and operations teams to align retention efforts with broader goals.
What They're Looking For:
* 3+ years of email marketing experience with a focus on retention (Klaviyo expertise is a must).
* Strong analytical skills with a knack for turning data into actionable insights.
* Proven success in driving revenue through loyalty, reactivation, or subscription initiatives.
