Key Account Manager
The Role: This Key Account Manager position is a hybrid role which will see you managing around 35 clients across corporate clients who operate within the UK. Working for a well-established, family owned, contract workwear provider, the Key Account Manager is a vital piece in the sales organisation. Your role will be to work very closely with your clients, ensuring the maximum wallet share is obtained, making sure contracts are secured, and offering new solutions for their ever evolving needs.
The Key Account Manager will be working closely with decision makers at all levels, conducting quarterly business reviews either virtually or in person. This is a pro-active account management role which will require a well thought through contact strategy, as well as high levels of activity. You will be supported by SDRs and BDMs within the sales function too who will be able to feed you new accounts as time progresses also. You'll inherit a very strong account base with some excellent names & logos ready to be supported.
This is a hybrid role which requires you to be in the Gloucester office 2-3 days per week and working from home for the other days. A perfect opportunity for an Account Manager who wants to step-up into more of a development role.

Boasting both manufacturing capability alongside a varied supplier network, they're able to fulfil the workwear needs of major businesses across the UK. They are growing year on year and have ambitious targets for 2025-26 which has led to a new commission scheme being launched and an investment in their people. They are looking to take their business to the next level and this is the time to join them on that journey.
We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
* Key Account sales management experience within a commodity product
* Have a 'customer first' attitude and enhance the buying journey
* Understand solution selling concepts & an account management skill-set
* Full & Clean Driving license
* Ability to up-sell, cross-sell, and work across different levels of decision makers within an account
* Working in a Team environment before is key
* Able to commute to Gloucester 2-3 days per week
Salary: £45,000 - 55,000 basic salary DOE + £15k-20k commission, company car OR car allowance, pension, laptop, mobile, 23 days holiday + stats.
