You will be joining a passionate team, some of whom have been there since day 1 and the only time staff members ever seem to leave is to retire : ) Benefits Permanent position Pay - up to £15ph (depending on experience) Hours – Part-time 18 - 22.5 hours per week (MUST BE MONDAYS/WEDNESDAYS/THURSDAYS) but can be flexible on start and finish times on those days 30 days holiday including bank holidays Pension Free parking right outside the office :) Responsibilities First point of call for all enquires and general calls Meeting any clients that come to the office for meetings Supporting Directors with typing letters and administration and some diary management Updating H&S files and H&S paperwork Ensuring all post is actioned Ensuring any renewal paperwork is actioned against deadlines and any training is booked in where required for staff Dealing with Tender enquiries - setting them up on the system, typing letters, creating new folders and subfolders Assisting with any apprenticeship paperwork and grants paperwork Qualifications Proven work experience as a Secretary or Receptionist Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Professional attitude and appearance Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise If you are a self-motivated professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and administration - Apply now and be part of our dedicated team We do our best to make our adverts as specific as possible so that you do not waste your time applying for roles which are not a match.
