Job summary Glemsford Surgery is looking for a committed Practice Manager, to join our friendly and busy practice. We are seeking a part-time Practice Manager, contracted for 35 hours per week, most days of the week (hours per day negotiable). The Practice is based in Suffolk and has a list size of around 4700 patients. We are a GP Practice aligned with the West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust (WSFT) with 3 GPs and a salaried workforce comprising of one ANP, one Practice Nurse, one HCA and a host of administrative staff. We also have affiliated staff we share with our PCN, like a physio, a clinical pharmacist and two care coordinators. The Practice Manager is supported by a Service Manager connected to the trust and will have a new Deputy Practice Manager role starting underneath you. The team is looking for an excellent leader who possesses good communication skills and can lead and provide direction in a rapidly changing NHS environment. The post holder will work closely with the clinical team and WSFT to maintain and deliver the strategic goals and vision.
