Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic office-based Customer Engagement Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales development, customer acquisition, or lead generation to join our team full-time.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify and qualify new business leads. Your main responsibilities will involve utilising our lead generation platform to research prospective clients, initiating outbound calls and communications, and nurturing initial interest to generate solid leads. Your ability to communicate effectively and adapt quickly to client needs will be crucial to driving lead acquisition and supporting our business growth.
We are looking for a candidate who wishes to immerse themselves in our business and join us for the long term to grow as part of an emerging company. You have a strong understanding of accuracy and attention to detail in presentation, enabling you to contribute to the future progress of our sales pipeline and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Generation: Proactively identify, research, and qualify new leads in target markets, engaging potential clients through various communication channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.).
* Outbound Sales: Conduct outreach to prospective clients, articulating the benefits of our sustainable energy solutions and identifying key decision-makers within client organisations.
* Pipeline Management: Work closely with the sales team to maintain and update CRM records, ensuring lead progression and regular follow-ups.
* Market Insight: Gather market intelligence on industry trends and competitor activity to refine targeting strategies and provide insights to the wider team.
* Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing to support lead generation campaigns and contribute to the development of sales strategies that align with current market demands.
