Account Manager Overview of role Candidates should have at least 3-4 years’ experience working in a creative communications or design agency. They will manage the day to day client relationships and be responsible for project managing advertising communications and design projects. They will work alongside and report into two Account Directors who lead the relationship with clients. The key thing about this role is that candidates should have an interest in creative advertising and understand the basic principles of marketing and communications. Responsibilities of the role & w hat you will need We’re looking for an Account Manager with at least 3-4 years creative agency experience. They should be excited by creative work/communications and be competent at project management. To work several clients, including one of the agencies fee paying, flagship clients in the Telecoms sector. Candidates should have an integrated background and be comfortable working on projects through the line from large advertising campaigns through to POS or content. They must have good digital experience and able to propose digital solutions to creative briefs. Willing to immerse themselves into a client’s business and industry to deliver top quality campaigns Maintain client relationships and ensure requests are dealt with efficiently, interpreting these into clear and accurate internal briefs We’re looking for someone who strives for the best possible creative work and should be able to work with creative teams and designers to deliver first class creative work. Candidates will need to be able to drive projects from briefing, presenting to clients and through to production delivery and financial reporting. Experience in quoting, reconciling and billing jobs. We’re also looking for someone who can work closely with our media partners at EssenceMediacom and identify new business opportunities to grow existing clients and win new ones.
