We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Roadside Recovery Driver. As a key member of our operations, you will be the first point of contact for many of our members in their time of need.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that our members feel valued and supported throughout their experience with us.
Provide timely and efficient roadside assistance, working effectively with our mechanics and other teams to resolve issues quickly and safely.
Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures to minimize risk and ensure a high level of service quality.
Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a collaborative and respectful environment that supports the well-being and development of our colleagues.
Maintain accurate records and reports, providing clear and concise information to support business decisions and improve operational performance.
Participate in ongoing training and development, enhancing your skills and knowledge to meet the evolving needs of our business and customers.
Work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances, demonstrating a willingness to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional results and exceed customer expectations.
Meet the estimated salary range of £28,500 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service and building rapport with colleagues and stakeholders.
You will have a valid full driving license, with the ability to pass a medical examination and obtain necessary certifications.
Prior experience in a customer-facing role or similar environment, with a proven track record of providing high-quality service and meeting targets.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
Ability to work varied shifts and flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by the business.
An understanding of Health and Safety protocols, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
