Overview:
Arch Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for a Sales Coordinator, reporting to the Sales Manager, and supporting the UK sales team by handling administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Coordinator will receive full product and ongoing training and will join a motivated sales team with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Process orders, handle enquiries, warranty registration, manage demo stock, and coordinate sales activities to assist the sales team.
2. Process daily enquiries via CRM, phone, and email.
3. Coordinate order processing from start to finish, working closely with production and logistics to ensure timely delivery and accurate fulfilment.
4. Generate and maintain sales reports to track performance, dealer activity, and other key metrics.
5. Develop a thorough understanding of our product range to provide accurate information and support product training for dealers.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotions, distribute materials to dealers, and assist with event planning and product launches.
Role Requirements:
1. Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or sales administration, ideally within a manufacturing or B2B setting or a distribution network.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
3. Experience with CRM systems (such as Salesforce or SAP) is preferred.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
