Key responsibilities of the Health and Safety Advisor
Lead and implement health and safety initiatives across multiple UK and European sites. Engage with all levels of staff to promote a positive safety culture, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards. Work closely with operational team leaders and stakeholders to implement practical safety changes across locations. Provide operational support and influence management in driving cultural safety improvements. Conduct audits, risk assessments, and ensure the timely investigation of incidents, including RIDDORs. Travel regularly to various sites, remaining visible and operational to ensure the consistent application of safety standards.

The right Health and Safety Advisor will have:
A NEBOSH General Certificate Experience in an operational health and safety role, preferably in industrial sectors such as warehousing, Logistics or transportation. Must hold a UK Driving License Able to work autonomously, with a hands-on approach to safety management.
