This role will be based across two sites - one near Gatwick & one near Epsom. You should be in the office 2-3 days per week, with your time spread across the two sites.
Description
This is a 6-week role, supporting the Head of HR through a busy transitional period within the company. You will be assisting with the TUPE process of a number of employees from one internal contract to another and supporting on an ongoing restructure.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have supported on a wide range of employee relations cases and be able to hit the ground running. You must be able to commit to the full 6-week period to be considered for this role (allowances can be made for permanent interview processes, as long as the requests are reasonable and you're happy to commit to the full time scale).
Job Offer
You will be paid a day rate equivalent of circa £48,000 per annum / £200 per day. This role is to interview immediately and start latest 6th January.
