Key Requirements: Insurance Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of comprehensive knowledge in general household insurance, ideally within a broking environment. Experience with mid and high net worth clients is a plus but not essential. Client Focus: Ability to prepare insurer risk presentations, negotiate with providers, and secure suitable coverage for clients. Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of technical aspects related to household insurance business. Claims Expertise: Proficiency in handling technical and administrative aspects of claims. Renewal Management: The ability to manage the entire renewal process from start to finish and identify new opportunities for cross-selling. Regulatory Compliance: Strong awareness of regulatory compliance for day-to-day personal lines business operations. Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is essential, and experience with the Acturis system is desirable but not mandatory.
